Renovation of an educational facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The intent of the project is to prepare the existing roof membrane for the application of a 20- year, warranted, urethane-coated (SPFR), foam roof system. The project includes the locating and removal of wet insulation and installation of like materials. There are roof-top items that must be removed and discarded. Roof-top ladders are to be installed and the completed foam roof must be tapered to flow to drains.
