The work consists of painting the existing fiberglass and metal streetlights, traffic signals, and other fixtures (including drinking fountains, street banner poles, signposts, benches and such) to black color as described in detail in these Bidding and Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications to construct the project. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, made payable to the City of TEMPLE CITY for an amount no less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The successful Bidder is required to provide and pay for a performance and a payment bond. These bonds shall cover the faithful performance (100%) of the Contract for Construction and the payment of all obligations (100%) arising thereunder, in such form as the City may prescribe and with such sureties as they may approve.
