Project: 653-21-102 Bldg. 3 Seismic Retrofit and Renovation Location: Roseburg VAHCS, Building 3, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97471-6523 Please see attachments for the full scope of this project. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of the project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. An organized site visit will be scheduled, but no questions will be answered on site. See FAR 52.236-27. All questions must be submitted no later than 1200PM PDT on August 30, 2024, to sandra.snediker@va.gov and meredith.valentine@va.gov. There are no other authorized point of contacts for questions. Any information not received via amendment to this RFP has no bearing and does not in any way constitute an amendment to this solicitation. Proposals must be submitted no later than 1200PM PST on September 16, 2024, to sandra.snediker@va.gov and meredith.valentine@va.gov. Proposals submitted by any other means will not be accepted. Proposals received after this deadline may not be considered. Incomplete proposals may be considered non-compliant and may be removed from further substantive evaluation. This procurement is 100% SDVOSB set-aside. Proposals received from other than SDVOSB verified via SBA Vet Cert will not be considered.
