The suffix letter at the end of the project number distinguishes the separate Contracts. The Sections in Division 01 of the Specifications which have more than one suffix letter (such as this Section) are common to each related Contract. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $31,200 Sealed bids for Project Nos. 47130-C, 47130-U, 47130-H, 47130-P, and 47130-E, comprising separate contracts for Construction Work, Elevator Work, HVAC Work, Plumbing Work, and Electrical Work, Upgrade Elevators, Buildings 81, 82, & 83, Pilgrim Psychiatric Center, 998 Crooked Hill Road, West Brentwood (Suffolk County), NY. All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,00. The substantial completion date for this project is 1002 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.
