Overall, the project will have four (4) prime contracts. General Construction will include site, architectural and structural construction. electrical, plumbing and mechanical (HVAC) construction are also included in the scope of work. Contract #4: Electrical is not being re-bid. The Woodstock Public Library reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after the receipt before awarding any contract.
