Taconic DDSO has identified 25 trees at the above address that need to be removed. The project will follow the scope of work listed below. SCOPE OF WORK Cut down 25 marked standing trees and remove them from the property. Trees are marked with an orange X. Stump grind tree stumps to a minimum of 4 inches below grade. Only trees in the lawn area need to be ground down. Any trees removed that are outside of the landscape area may be left as stumps. Fill in holes from stump grinding with topsoil. Place grass seed and straw over each location. Contractor is responsible to make repairs to any property or lawn damage from but not limited to machines, vehicles, or the felling of such trees. Motorized equipment and vehicles are prohibited from accessing the backyard due to underground utilities as well as, all motorized equipment and vehicles shall remain at all times on pavement.
