Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Waverly, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Channel Repair of County Bridge A-113 located on Davey Road, approximately 0.57 miles east of North 141st Street. I acknowledge and understand that my bid will not be considered unless a bid bond or certified check in the sum of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid is made payable to the order of the County Treasurer as a guarantee of good faith prior to the bid opening Bonds I acknowledge that a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount will be required with the signed contract upon award of this job. The contractor shall commence said work on or after November 4, 2024. This project will be considered a 32 working day project as well as meet any requirements set forth in the "METHOD OF COMPLETION" section The working day count will be suspended between December 1, 2024 and April 1, 2025 The County reserves the right and will be free to evaluate the proposals based on the low bids for a combination of any or all parts or groups the County sees fit or desires. The bidder must bid all items on the proposal(s). All work awarded will be awarded to one and only one bidder Question Deadline 05/29/2024 at 2:00 PM CT
