The City of Burlingame wishes to establish a contractual relationship to provide paver repair services on an as-needed basis. The paver repair services to be provided, includes but it not limited to, removing, resetting, and replacing loosened and damaged roadway pavers within the Downtown Burlingame Avenue area. The contract is for "as-needed services" and is not a guarantee that the City will contact you to perform such services. The awarded contract will be valid until June 30, 2026. Total charges under this contract are not to exceed $75,000. Contractor shall meet the following requirements if awarded the contract: Must have an active Class A license issued by the Contractors State License Board. Must meet the insurance and licensing requirements outlined in the City of Burlingame Contractor Requirements. Contractor must be able to meet the requirements in the attached sample agreement and scope of work if awarded the contract. Prevailing wage rates must be paid for all work associated with this project. The City of Burlingame recognizes that prevailing wage increases may occur during the term of the contract, and consequently will allow labor rate increases of up to 5 percent per year to ensure that the labor rates reflect the current prevailing wage.
