Cape Breton Field Unit requires a Standing Offer Agreement established to provide Electrical Services on an as-requested basis. An electrical contractor is required to perform small electrical contracts throughout the Cape Breton Field Unit. This is a two-year agreement starting June 2024 and ending May 2026 with an optional 1 year extension. The Electrical Services will be provided to 7 locations within the Cape Breton area. Question Deadline 06/17/2024 All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority. Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer NOT being provided. The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/07/01. The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional one (1) year period, from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer. The Offeror will be advised of the decision to authorize the use of the Standing Offer for an extended period by the Standing Offer Authority thirty (30) days before the expiry date of the Standing Offer. A revision to the Standing Offer will be issued by the Standing Offer The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
