Kitchen, Bathroom, Shower Room Construction, Damaged Window Replacement, Exterior Ramp, Project Location: 495 Emma Street Bettsville, Ohio 44815 The goal of this project is to renovate an existing laboratory building at 495 Emma Street into a County EMS Station. Existing testing equipment has been removed. Demolition of laboratory benches will be completed before the project is started. New water line to building has been installed. A new gas service has been installed in the building. HVAC systems have been serviced and tested for correct operation. Ceiling lights have been replaced in all rooms Demolition: 1. Remove existing floor tile. 2. Cut and remove concrete floor for installation of underground plumbing to utility sewer line. 3. Remove existing ceiling. Windows: 1. Replace 3 damaged outside windows. Plumbing: 1. Install Lavatory, Toilet, Shower, Kitchen Sink & Dishwasher. 2. Provide new sanitary lines to accommodate all appliances. 3. Provide water supply lines as required. HVAC: 1. Utilized existing systems supply and return ducting. 2. Install exterior venting for shower, restroom, and stove. Electrical: 1. Provide 110-amp panel to service kitchen area. 2. 30 amp circuit for electric range. 3. 30 amp circuit for electric dryer. 4. 120 vac receptacles. 5. LED flat panel ceiling lights. 6. Local switching. Construction: es; 1. Partition walls to be 3 5/8" X 12' steel studs with 1/2 " drywall. 2. Insulate as required. 3. Blocking for cabinets and Restroom fixtures. 4. Repair floor trench with new concrete. Room Finish: 1. Flooring to be 12" X 12" VTC with rubber base. 2. All walls to be painted including Epoxy Paint in Restroom and Shower area. 3. Drop ceiling to be Armstrong 2' X 4' with fissured tiled and insulation above. 4. Cabinets and counter tops to be prefinished. 5. Cabinets to include 26' of Lower and 11' of upper. 6. Replace existing kitchen door w/3'-0 x 7'-0 steel leaf with lever lock set. Kitchen Appliances: 1. Refrigerator. 2. Electric Range and hood. 3. Microwave. 4. Dishwasher. 5. Washer and Dryer. 6. Electric water heater. Exterior Construction: 1. Build new 12'ADA concrete ramp at entry door. 2. Ramp to include railing. 3. Excavation for sanitary sewer hookup
