As of September 16, 2025, an engineer has been selected, and this project is in the design phase. It is anticipated bidding will commence late spring 2026. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Medina will utilize a qualifications based selection process to select design consultants for these projects. Firms interested in submitting a Statement of Qualifications for consideration of award of this project must contact the City of Medina to acquire the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) This project is being funded primarily with federal funds through the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Municipal Bridge Program. Consultants must be prequalified by ODOT to perform this work. The City of Medina reserves the right to reject any and all Statements of Qualifications submitted and the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the selection process.
