** As of July 25, 2024 The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies.** Medina Township, Medina County Two printed copies of each SOQ are required for submittal along with one electronic copy in PDF format. The scope of work shall be to provide Design-Build services to construct a third entrance to Lake Medina that includes parking, storm water management, trails, native gardens, and public restrooms. All questions concerning the project must be submitted no later than Wednesday, to Director Nathan D. Eppink atneppink@medinaco.org or 330- 722-9364. Question Deadline Jul 03, 2024 at 2:00 PM BUDGET The total maximum cost for performance under this contract is $475,000 for all design, permitting, and construction of parking, trails, stormwater management, restrooms, a small outdoor amphitheater, and native gardens. Under separate contract, MCPD intends to develop plans for, and construct, a three-season or year-round facility that can accommodate up to 50 people. The selected design-build team must include space for such a facility in its plans.
