Edmonson County reserves the right to delay making an award for a reasonable period of time to allow for proper consideration of all bids and the making of a determination of responsibility. The County will consider all bids based on price and location in relation to the road project. The County will use the most convenient and economical bidders to the advantage of the County. We reserve the right to reject any or all bids. The successful bidders shall be an equal opportunity employer.
