Butler County Fiscal Court Will Be Taking Sealed Bids for the Following Fiscal Year 2024-2025: Bituminous Concrete Asphalt Crushed Stone Emulsified Asphalt Road Tile Cold Mix Petroleum Rubber Modified Asphalt Butler County Fiscal Court Reserves the Right to Accept One or More or Any Bid and to Reject Any and All Bids. The Fiscal Court Will Give Preference to the Lowest Evaluated Bid Taking Into Consideration the Expense to the County for Freight to Transport The Product From the Seller's Facility to the Point of Utilization. The Fiscal Court Reserves the Right to Accept One Component From One Bidder and One Component From Another Bidder.
