OHA is soliciting bids for one or more qualified contractors to complete the removal and replacement of existing sewer stacks of various residential towers located in Omaha, Nebraska. The deadline for questions for the project is Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. CST. General Description of the required work. The OHA requires one or more qualified contractors to complete the removal and replacement of existing sewer stacks of various residential towers, all located in Omaha, Nebraska. Contractor Requirements. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with applicable codes, local ordinances, requirements of the City, County and State of Nebraska. The Contractor shall secure and provide all required licenses, permits, plans, engineering inspections, labor, material, equipment, tools, locating services, etc. to provide a 100% complete project. Notice must be given to OHA prior to work on property commencing no less than 72 hours in advance to allow for OHA residents to be given no less than 48-hour notice.
