Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cortez, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,750-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

Remove Approx. 11,750 sq. ft. of the 2 layer of EPDM membrane and entire edging of roof and dispose. o Leave existing insulation on the roof and any wet insulation would be removed and replaced with new insulation o ISO insulation inventory the district would like to implement on this scope of work (Please see attached inventory list). o R-30 will need to meet necessary code requirements. o Provide new curbs, cone, flashing, crickets and ISO for proper drainage o Install 1/2 " cover board that will be attached to the decking o Install fully 60 mil EPDM membrane adhered to cover board o Asbestos confirmed on existing roof material silver paint and roofing felt o Contractor to secure permits thru the State Of Co prior to work being started. Contractor will be responsible to schedule all inspections o Adhere to manufactures specifications for all phases of installation o Manufactures 20 year warranty required Additional Requirements : Provide and maintain $2,000,000 Certificate of Liability insurance, naming Montezuma-Cortez School District as "additionally insured" o Performance & Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% for any projects which exceeds $50,000.00 Notices The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept that bid which appears to be in the best interest of the District.
