Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sharon, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and parking garage.
The goal of the project is to replace the existing shingle roofs on the Community Building and Garage with new 50-year asphalt shingles, replace wood fascia and rake boards with composite, replace existing gutters and downspouts, and address soffits and trim. The scope of the project includes but is not limited to, the removal of the existing roof shingles, underlayment, flashing, wood fascia and rake boards, gutters and downspouts, replace deteriorated wood sheathing and install new underlayment, flashing, 50 year architectural asphalt shingles, install composite fascia and rake boards, install new aluminum gutter and downspouts, and address soffits.
