Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Sharon, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Work related to this project shall include the removal, disposal, and replacement of approximately 6,928 square feet of the Community Center's flooring and 800 linear feet of cove base. All measurements must be verified in the field for accuracy. Measurements shall be the responsibility of the selected Contractor. The Contractor shall Remove and dispose of approximately 6,928 square feet of carpeting. Remove and dispose of all baseboards, approximately 800 linear feet. Prepare subfloor including the skim coat. Install Mondo 39-inch x 39-inch rubber flooring tiles according to manufacturer specifications. Supply and install new 6 inch black, or as requested by the Director of Facilities or their designee, vinyl cove base. Coloring shall be confirmed with the Director before ordering. Questions regarding Request for Quotes and scope of work due by 10/30/2024 at 5:00 PM Project 76 Main Street Upper-Level Flooring Replacement. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
