Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Abington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Repairs to Island Grove Park Pavilion - Scope: Provide and replace 8, 8" x 8' Northern White Cedar Hand Peeled Posts, provide and install new 12" round by 48" deep below grade poured cement tubes on big foot type footings with stainless steel post connectors, strip and re-roof entire structure with 30-year architectural shingle, new aluminum drip edge around perimeter, 100 % coverage with 30 lb. felt paper, replace existing trim and apron with pre-primed pine and tongue and groove pre-primed pine. Paint apron and all trim with exterior grade white paint . The project is available to view, however a pre-quote meeting to inspect the project and address any questions will be held on Tuesday June 4, 2024, at 10:00 am.
