Granby Jr. Sr. High School Kitchen Mechanical Systems Upgrades HVAC Contractor will serve as the prime contractor and shall include all sub-bids and supporting trades The Town of Granby is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms, pursuant to for the renovation of the kitchen and the updating of the heating and ventilation of the kitchen and cafeteria wing at the Granby Junior/Senior High School. Questions concerning the Bid submissions should be directed in writing to cmartin@granby-ma.gov Project Location: The work of this Contract is primarily limited to the Kitchen and adjacent rooms and Cafeteria. Architectural and cosmetic work is limited in scope. Some exterior work is required as it relates to associated work with rooftop mechanical equipment. B. Project Work Limits: The work limits shown or implied on the Contract Drawings do not limit the Contractor's responsibilities. Work outside the work limits shown may be required to support and complete the work shown within the work limits. Make utility connections and renovations as indicated including work beyond the indicated work limits. C.
