Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Columbus, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium.

Location of project - Dunn Stadium 878 SPEARS STREET Columbus, Indiana 47201 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Site protection. 2. Earthwork and finish grading. 3. Drainage improvements. 4. Installation of new concrete sidewalks. 5. Installation of 12 new pickleball courts. a. Asphalt - Base Bid b. Reinforced Concrete - Alternate Bid 6. Provide and install pickleball equipment including net posts and nets. 7. Installation of chain link fencing and gates. 8. Provide all Operation and Maintenance Manuals, As-Built Record Documents, and other specified closeout documentation. 9. Contractor shall be fully responsible for all safety measures required throughout the project, including compliance with all OSHA safety standards. 10. Submit warranties on all equipment, including a one-year warranty for the overall project. All warranties begin on the date of substantial completion, regardless of how the manufacturer's standard warranty reads. 11. Provide training to local maintenance staff with the help of factory authorized representative as a part of the project. 12. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Bid Security in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Must Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders.Bid Security Shall Be a Certified Check or Bid Bond. All Certified Checks and Bid Bonds Shall Be Made Payable to Bartholomew County_ Treasurer. Bartholomew County Reserves the Right to Assign Any Portion of the Bid or Bids to a Holding Company. Bidders Shall Submit Their Employer Identification Number (E.i.n.) to the Owner on the Bid Form. In the Absence of an E.1.n., Bidder Must Submit Their Social Security Number. An Out-of-state Contractor and/or Subcontractor Will Be Obligated to Show Proof That They Are Registered With the Indiana Secretary of State to Conduct Business in the State of Indiana. The Successful Bidders Will Be Required to Furnish Contract P erformance and Payment Bonds for 100% of Their Contract Amount Prior to Execution of Contracts. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any Bid and to Waive Any Irregularities in Bidding. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid for a Period of Sixty (60) Calendar Days After the Date Set for Bid Opening.
