The intent of this Request for Proposal is to establish an agreement to provide Plumbing Services on a non-exclusive basis to the Saint Louis Zoo as a preferred vendor, as required for a term of two (2) years. All pricing for the core items are to remain firm for the first two (2) years of the contract. This may consist of: o Domestic water mains, (emergency, or scheduled repairs) o Backflow inspections and repairs o All types of liquid pumps o Sewer lines (repairs and installations) o Any type of plumbing related repair or installation. o It may be necessary to provide excavation for an underground repair or installation All questions must be received by June 5, 2024 for issuing of addendums. All emailed questions and answers will be shared with all responders.
