Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,124-square-foot fire / police facility.
All questions and clarifications must be submitted via email to Therese Parker at MParker@stlouiscountymo.gov. New police station. Valid bids must be electronically submitted and received through St. Louis County Vendor Self Service. Bidders may not download the electronic bid and submit it in paper form to the Procurement Division It is the Bidder's responsibility to check the Vendor Self Service website for any changes or updates to the Invitation for Bid which will be in the form of an addendum posted to the Vendor Self Service website. Bidders must accept responsibility for verification of material availability, production schedules and other pertinent data prior to submission of bid and delivery time. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to notify the Senior Procurement Contract Adminstrator immediately if materials specified are discontinued, replaced, or not available for an extended period of time.
