The City of Loveland (City) Water and Power Department is accepting proposals for Outside Plant FTTP Construction Services for the expansion of its municipal broadband network on a task order/on-call basis as specified herein both locally and federally funded. The City intends to award one or more successful contractors for each work package/schedule of values. The agreement, at the option of the City, may be extended for additional one-year periods to exceed four (4) additional one-year periods.
