Reference Number 0000353947 Delivery Point: 200 N Wilson Ave. Loveland, CO 80537 This Request for Quotes is to find another manufacturer for the breakaway bases we carry for our streetlights. Currently, we only have one approved manufacturer. We are trying to diversify our options for breakaway bases. Attached is our specifications sheet. When submitting a quote you must send a specifications sheet for the item you are quoting. After this closes, I will take the quotes along with the specification sheets to our engineering team to have them make a decision on what meets our needs. Our engineering team may request a sample so please be able to provide that. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at tate.hedgespeth@cityofloveland.org. All items shipped under the Contract shall be FOB destination Prepaid and add to City of Loveland 200 North Wilson Loveland CO 80537. The Supplier shall be liable for any and all losses or damages to the items until accepted by the City at the point of destination, at which time title to the items shall pass to the City. Such acceptance and passage of title shall be subject to the City's inspection of the equipment as set forth herein.
