This solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service for the Department of Military Affairs (DMA), Louisiana National Guard (LANG) located at various sites. The contract shall be effective for a period of delivery beginning July 1, 2024 or the date of award, whichever is later, and ending June 30, 2027. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two additional 12 month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed 60 months. For all projects in the amount of $50,000 or more, bids shall be accepted from Bidders who are licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of: Specialty: Elevators, Dumbwaiters. Attachment H - Contractor's License Certification Form should be completed and returned with the bid. Failure to comply with this requirement may cause your bid to be rejected.
