Renovation of a municipal facility in Cary, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of two (2) overhead garage doors from the Village of Cary's Public Works Facility at 454 Cary Woods Circle. An alternate bid option for a third overhead door is provided herein. It shall be the contractors responsibility to remove the existing overhead doors and equipment, dispose of old equipment, and furnish and install the new equipment. Vendors Questions Submitted via email to CaryPW@CaryIllinois.com by 12:00 P.M.(CST) 5.30.2024 Vendors Questions Answered via Addendum; emailed and posted by 4:00 P.M.(CST) 5.31.2024 The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to accept that bid which is considered to be in the best interest of the Village.
