Renovation of a municipal facility in Cary, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the Air Conditioning Compressor Unit at the Village of Cary Public Works Facility at 454 Cary Woods Circle, Cary, IL, 60013. The awarded contractor shall install the new unit to working order and shall remove and dispose of the old unit. This is a ground mounted unit. The contractor shall have sixty (6) working days to complete the project following being given a notice to proceed from the Village.
