Site work and paving for a road / highway in Othello, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This Project Consists of Completing Approximately 131,000 Sy of 3/8-inch Chip Seal, Various Pavement Markings, and Fog Seal on Various Streets in Othello. Estimated Project Cost: $600,000 All Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Deposit in the Form of a Postal Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Bond in an Amount Equal to 5 Percent of the Maximum Total Amount of the Bid. Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into a Contract or Furnish a Satisfactory Contract Bond Within the Time Stated in the Specifications, the Deposit Shall Be Forfeited to the City. the City Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids if Such Action is in the Best Interest of the City. Work on the Base Bid Contract shall be completed within 50 WORKING DAYS, with work starting on the date of the "Notice to Proceed". The Contractor shall furnish payment and performance bond in an amount equal to the contract price as security for the faithful performance and payment of all Contractor's obligations under the Contract Documents.
