Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

STATE AID PROJECT NO: 062-615-043, 062-631-036, 062-649-057, 062-671-005, 062-623-062, 062-639-009, 062-668-060 Ramsey County (the "County"), through the Public Works Department, seeks a qualified contractor to perform grading, bituminous pavement resurfacing, ADA improvements, traffic signal revisions, utility improvements, signing, and striping. 5% of bid amount ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE RAMSEY COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. Ramsey County Procurement's service provider online by is the only authorized source of soliciation documents. Solicitation documents obtained from any other source may be an incomplete set of documents. Bidders using solicitation documents obtained from another source are advised to register with online to obtain a complete set of solicitation documents and to enable receipt of necessary addenda.
