The work includes the redevelopment of two screened production wells in Hanover Township, Morris County. This work will be completed under the supervision of a well driller licensed in the State of New Jersey. This work consists of the following tasks for Blackbrook Well No. 1 and Well No. 2 Houses: o Removal and replacement of the well pumps as necessary to redevelop the wells o Well video inspections and redevelopment. o Well testing o Providing reports B. No two wells should be out of service at the same time. C. The Contractor shall be fully and exclusively responsible for means, methods, techniques of construction, and safety. D. The summary of the work as described in this Section is an overall summary of the responsibilities of the Contractor and their relation to the Owner. It does not supersede the specific requirements of the specification sections.
