Box 250 Whippany, New Jersey 07981-0250 and must be accompanied by a Certificate of Surety guaranteeing that the successful bidder will be furnished a Surety Bond acceptable to the Township in full amount of the bid, a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, provided said surety need not be for more than $20,000.00 and may not be less than $500.00 and be delivered at the place and on the hour named above.
