***As of July 18,2024 j Conway is the Awarded contractor for this request for $1318.31 Service contract for plumbing Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All inquiries regarding this IFB shall be directed to Derek Gaudette, Modernization Coordinator at dqaudette@chicopeehousinq.org or (413) 594-3605 x 1. There is no charge for electronic copies of the IFB documents. IFB packages are available for pick up at the CHA Main Office located at 128 Meetinghouse rd., Chicopee, MA 01013. Bid packages may also be mailed for a $25 fee. Question Deadline 05/31/2024 at 10:00 AM ET All requests for clarification of this IFB by a Bidder must be submitted in writing to Derek Gaudette at dqaudette@chicopeehousinq.org. The CHA shall issue a written response via e-mail by Monday, June 3, 2024 to all parties who have requested a copy of the IFB.
