Estimated Cost $1,541,023 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Chicopee Housing Authority Federal Pacific Panel and Fire Alarm Upgrade. The work under this Section includes the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, appliances, and tools to perform the work indicated on the Drawings or specified herein. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: A. Paint all gypsum wallboard and load center doors exposed to apartment rooms B. The Architect will select the colors from standard colors or finishes available. C. Painting is not required on pre-finished items, finished metal surfaces U.N.O. concealed surfaces operating parts, or labels. a. Labels: Donot paint over Underwriters Laboratories, Factory Mutual orother code- required labels, or equipment name, identification, performance rating, or nomenclature plates. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 06/19/2024 at 2:00PM EDT
