Renovation of a residential development in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade residential development.

The Contractor shall perform all work required by the Contract Documents for Memorial Apartments, Electrical Upgrade Project, Chicopee, MA Project #23-377 referred to in the Contract Documents prepared by MacRitchie Engineering Inc. The Project consists of replacement of the existing CT cabinet, MDP and house panels for the building. Replacement of federal pacific MDPs and associated equipment in a 3 story residential building.
