Falls County Water Main Improvements Phase 1. Question Deadline 06/11/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Project has an expected duration of 150 days. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. Scope In general, this project incudes approximately 10,043 LF of 8" C900 PVC watermain, fire hydrants, air releif valves, 3 driveway bores (no encasement), an FM 1239 bore (steel encasement), 6" C900 PVC Hoolia creek crossing bore (with encasement), and all associated connections to the existing system. The City of Bruceville-Eddy, McLennan County, Texas, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. The estimated cost is $900,000.00.
