This property, following developer subdivision subject to an agreement with the Village, has shovel-ready lots and pre-installed infrastructure, including municipal sewer, water access, and underground electricity. Additionally, it is located in the Sidney Central School District, honored as a New York State Recognition School by the New York State Commissioner of Education, making it an ideal site for housing development.
