The project contemplated consists of the following Quantities: Properties Participating 9 Properties with Lateral Rehabilitation 8 Properties with Foundation Drain Disconnection 6 Properties with Downspout Disconnections 2 Properties with Underground Downspout Installation 1 The Contractor shall be responsible for: 1. The scheduling and occurrence of a preconstruction meeting with a District's representative and the homeowner to confirm the lateral replacement approach and assessment of existing conditions. 2. The scheduling of construction work with each homeowner at least two weeks prior to construction occurring. 3. The sanitary sewer lateral replacement from the wye connection to a District-approved location, either using open cut or pipe bursting. This may include tree and pavement removal to facilitate construction. Post construction televising of the lateral shall be recorded and uploaded to t4Vault. 4. The Foundation drain disconnection of all identified properties with the abandonment of a Palmer Valve and installation of a sump pump. This process will also include electrical outlet installation to power the sump pump. 5. The abandonment of downspout connections that connect to the sanitary sewer and underground placement of a downspout at identified properties. 6. Any traffic control, permitting, and waste disposal requirements. 7. Restoration of all turf & pavement areas post construction.
