Sealed bids are being solicited for the Scranton School District 2024 Districtwide Environmental Abatement Project (the "Project") in the form of MUL- TIPLE prime lump sum Contract(s). Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts and Contract Work: Prime Contract 1: Environmental Abatement Prime Contract 2: General Construction Contract A: South Scranton IS Environmental Abatement Contract B: West Scranton HS Environmental Abatement Contract C: Districtwide Environmental Abatement Contract D: Districtwide Chalkboard Replacements. Document Notes : Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: Which Contract you are bidding, company name, contact person, complete address, phone number, and email address. Documents will be available on May 20, 2024. Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Contract Documents, including, inter alia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. WORK UNDER SEPARATE CONTRACTS A. General: Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts. B. Subsequent Work: Owner will award and assign to Contractor separate contract(s) for the following additional work to be performed at site following Substantial Completion. Completion of that work will depend on successful completion of preparatory Work under this Contract. 1. South Scranton Intermediate School Fire Alarm Replacement. 2.
