The Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District (MSD) is acting as the owners representative for the entirety of the first phase of the Architectural and Engineering Services for Community Center. The Kearns Community Center Project consists of renovating the existing Oquirrh Hill Elementary School (located at 5241 S 4280 W Kearns, UT 84118) to convert it into a multi-use community center. The Project may necessitate renovation(s) of the existing educational facility. The building has a square footage of approximately 43,000 square feet. The District is working with Kearns to lease the building to the city for 20 years with the option of two (2) additional five (5) year extensions, for a total lease of up to 30 years.
