The Work consists of tenant improvements of the 6th Floor of the King Street Center building, totaling approximately 40,000 square feet, for the consolidation of the Department of Natural Resources and Parks (DNRP) administrative offices. Scope of Work to include architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage and other Work. Work site: King Street Center, 201 S. Jackson St., Seattle, WA 98104.
