The proposed work on this project consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials to replace the Hot Water Coils on make-up Air Unit # 3, a new shaft and shaft bearings on Air Handler Unit #4, replacement of 3 ton, A/C split system in ITN room 150 at Building 407/421 Maintenance Group, and install 3 or 3.5 ton package unit Building 105 Communications Squadron of The West Virginia Air National Guard (ANG) at McLaughlin Air National Guard Base. HVAC Repairs This project is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Buiseness Set-Aside in accordance w ith FAR 19.5 Project NAICS 238220 w ith a corresponding size standard of $19.0M. Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(b), this project is expected to be betw een $25,000 and $100,000. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project. FAR 52.232-18 - Availability of Funds - applies to this solicitation. At this time, the Government has not yet set aside funding for this project.When funds become available, the Contracting Officer shall either amend the solicitation or provide notice accordingly. All offers shall be valid to 30 September 2024. Contractor shall complete the NIST 800-171 DOD Assessment before aw ard of contract in accordance w ith DFARS 252.204-7019. The assessment shall not be more than 3 years old. Aw ard w ill be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid, conforming to the Invitation for Bids, w ill be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price.
