The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District) located at 5050 El Camino Real, Los Altos, CA 94022, is issuing this Request for Quotes and Qualifications (RFQ) for On-Call Paving, Pavement Rehabilitation, Pavement Repair, and Striping Contractors for Road and Parking Lot Maintenance Services. This RFQ calls for quotes covering a variety of maintenance or repair work for District paved surfaces, including roads, curb and gutter, sidewalk, trail and parking lots. The District will evaluate and score all responsive written quotes. The District will select several highly qualified Contractors to execute an on-call, one-year contract for construction and maintenance services. The District reserves the right to award contracts to multiple Contractors, as necessary, to ensure that it has the requisite contractor pool necessary to perform the work identified in Section 1.E. These Contractors also will be included in the District's On-Call Contractors List.
