Only one bid from Knight General Contractors, LLC at a bid of $28,784 (w/ no precast caps) and $46,548 (with precast caps). The City of Lancaster is seeking Bids from qualified and experienced general contractors for the demolition of the Pergola currently over the drive through window at City Hall, the removal of Ivy vines, installation of dead soldiers where beams are removed at City Hall, located at 216 S. Catawba St., Lancaster, SC. Pictures of the Pergola are attached. The selected Contractor will be required to coordinate the demolition with the Sanitation and Maintenance Operations Department as lead for this project to ensure a coordinated and cohesive finished project that will allow for minimal closure of the drive through.
