Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Cameron, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, and services necessary for selective demolition, removal of on-site room furnishings out of the area of Work prior to construction and back into area of Work after completion of each construction Phase; removal of existing carpet, Luxury Vinyl Tile, and Vinyl Composition Tile, cleaning and preparation of flooring substrates, & installation of new Luxury Vinyl Tile plank flooring.
