Contractor - Custodial Services - Citywide. Interested contractors must be able to provide specially trained and experienced personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary for providing exceptional custodial services for the City. The company must have the financial resources to provide custodial services for approximately 29 physical locations comprised of over 340,000 square feet throughout the City. The City desires a contract term of two (2) years with provisions for two (2) optional two-year extensions. The services will involve cleaning municipal offices, civic and community facilities.
