On-Call Landscape Architecture Consulting Services. Project Scope The project scope will be developed on a project-by-project basis and will be defined in each task order issued under a master agreement. The work may include passive and/or active park uses, gardens, green infrastructure, native restoration, and landscape upgrades, including roadway medians. The work may include, but is not limited to, preparation of master plans, conceptual plans, color renderings, exhibits, landscape and irrigation plans, specifications, and cost estimates. The Engineering Division provides engineering support to the various City operating departments, implements the City's Capital Improvement Program and performs engineering plan review for all private development projects. General work includes annexation, surveying, special studies, mapping, and responding to the citizens of Walnut Creek and other agencies. The Public Works Department of the Engineering Division request a Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms desiring to provide On-Call Landscape Architecture Consulting Services for various City improvement projects as they become available.
