Construction Managers are invited to submit information indicating their interest and ability to perform construction management services for the proposed Schlegel Villages Barrie Long Term Care Home. The project consists of a new six-storey, approx. 147,000 sq ft, Long-Term Care Home accommodating 192 beds. Construction will consist of precast concrete planks on concrete bearing walls with masonry veneer. Subject to Provincial and Municipal approvals, work on site is planned to start in May 2025 and require 26 months to complete. Information is to be submitted using CCDC Document 11 2019 identifying major project experience in Ontario including long term care and retirement projects for which Construction Management services have been provided. Please refrain from submitting promotional materials not relevant to this prequalification. Construction Managers will be evaluated according to their relevant experience, capacity, proximity, and quality of services, based on reviewing submissions and contacting references provided. Provide Owner and Consultant references who can confirm recent performance based on these criteria.
