The contractor shall furnish all materials and perform all labor necessary for the completion of: 1. The demolition of the existing wood pile catwalk and breakwater on Southside and Northside of the boat ramp 2. Hauling away of all debris 3. Construction of a new 5' wide X 72' long dock and breakwater in the same location on the Southside of the boat ramp. Dock shall be raised 2 -3 feet from current height to keep out of flood waters. 4. Construction of a new 8' wide X 92' long dock and breakwater in the same location on the Northside of the boat ramp. Dock shall be raised 2 -3 feet from current height to keep out of flood waters.
