The work consists of providing all equipment, labor and material necessary to construction approximately 23,200 linear feet of 4" and 4,200 linear feet of 2" gas lines to replace and upgrade the existing gas line and services. The designated replacement area will include but is not limited to the Presque Isle Drive along with each corresponding dead end side streets, Hwy. 659 from Lafayette Woods Boulevard to Hwy. 24, portions of Country Drive through the Benton Street area, all according to design specifications and plans. Each bid shall be either hand delivered by the bidder or his agent, or such bid shall be sent by United States Postal Service registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested, or shall be submitted electronically with online. Bids shall not be accepted or taken, including receiving any hand delivered bids, on days which are recognized as holidays by the United States Postal Service. The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with Louisiana State Bid Law Document Notes: plans and specifications in good (unmarked and reusable) condition within ten (10) days from the bid date shall be refunded the full deposit. All other persons requesting plans and specifications shall pay a deposit of $175.00 and shall be refunded the remainder from the cost of reproduction ($112.00), upon return of the plans and specifications in good (unmarked and reusable) condition within ten (10) days from the bid date. The cost of mailing, if required, shall be billed separately for an additional non-refundable $10.00 charge. Good condition is defined as free of all pencil, pen, highlighter, and other marks, free of significant tears, and free of missing sheets of pages. Please contact David A.
